In August 2009, Illinois Governor Pat Quinn signed Public Act 096-0132 into law, requiring an expanded effort be made by the IHSA in regards to its Performance-Enhancing Drug Testing Plan. The legislation requires the IHSA to solicit bids from potential vendors through a RFP process. A link to the RFP can be found at the bottom of this page.
