The Illinois High School Association (IHSA) and the Illinois Athletic Trainers Association (IATA) have teamed up to sponsor the 2010 National Secondary School Athletic Conference for all interested IHSA member schools. The conference is slated for July 15, 2010, and participants can register to view the conference on-line or attend at one of six sites around the state. Illinois locations include: Wheeling, Hinsdale, Naperville, Herrin, Jacksonville, and Champaign.

"This conference is a tremendous opportunity for athletic training staffs, coaches, and administrations to learn about current trends and techniques in athletic healthcare," said IHSA Associate Executive Director Kurt Gibson. "To be able to partner with the IATA to bring this conference to our membership is special for our association. We appreciate all that the IATA does for our member schools, and are thankful to have such a good working relationship with them."
