2020-21 NFHS Spirit Rules Changes


Basketball Sideline Rules—Free throw lane extended


As a reminder, NFHS Spirit Rule 2-1-10 prohibits spirit teams from coming on the playing area/floor during a 30 second time out in a basketball game. 

A maximum of twelve (12) sideline cheerleaders and one (1) mascot in costume may be on the floor at any state series basketball contest.
