The Illinois Basketball Coaches Association (IBCA) held its annual awards banquet on August 28, 2021, where the IHSA was recognized on multiple levels. IHSA Associate Executive Director Kurt Gibson was on hand to be recognized for his enshrinement in the IBCA Hall of Fame, while retired IHSA Assistant Executive Director Scott Johnson was also recognized for his Hall of Fame induction. IHSA Executive Director Craig Anderson accepted the IHSA’s Organization of the Year award, while long-time IESA Executive Director Steve Endsley also received Hall of Fame induction accolades.
