Postponement Procedures
1. Contact all schools involved.
2. Log in to the IHSA Schools Center and post the postponement information in the ScoreZone.
3. Contact assigned officials to inform them of the rescheduled game date and time. Ask the officials if they are able to work. In the event you have to reschedule games, you are able to schedule games three nights in a row.
4. E-mail the IHSA Administrator of the sport with the new game time and date as well as a list of officials working the rescheduled game. If any of the originally assigned officials cannot work, include their names in the e-mail.
