“They have a lot of top spinn servers and we knew they were a good serving team. They (Wheaton Warrenville South) have been playing extremely well, they had nothing to lose coming in her.
“We scouted them in the match against Belleville (West). Their number 10 (Julie Gagnon) passed perfectly in that game. We didn’t want to give her the ball. She didn’t pass much against us and we picked up the serving in the second game.”
Beth Vrdsky “We knew we were the favorite but we didn’t dwell on it. We lost the first game last year and we just wanted to come back and win this year.”

“It was tough to come back after the roller coaster ride vs. Belleville (West) last night. It’s tough to do. A 13-13 game could go either way and it didn’t go our way and then it was, man... there’s only so many times you can go to that well.”
