State Final Time Schedule

3:30 p.m.                     Deadline for schools to verify (2) tickets per state swim qualifier

3:30 p.m.                     Deadline for schools to verify and purchase (2) tickets per state swim qualifier
6:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. Head Coach only:  Team Packet Pick-Up
                                    Swim tickets for qualifiers may be picked up and purchased
                                    Note:  If you need to leave tickets at Will Call, you must supply your own envelopes and you must print the First and Last name for whom the tickets should be left.  To avoid congestion, please prepare your envelopes before you arrive at the State Final Site to pick up your tickets.
5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Diving practice (open to contestants and coaches only)
5:00 p.m.                     Submit Diving Sheets to State Final Host by 9:00 p.m. on Thursday.  Changes in the Diving Sheet may be made until 8:00 a.m. on Friday.
7:00 p.m.                     IHSA State Final Head Officials Meeting at the State Final site

6:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Head Coach only: Team Packet Pick-up
6:00 a.m.-6:30 a.m.    Pool doors open to divers/coaches only for Diving Warm-ups
6:30 a.m.                     Diving practice (contestants and coaches only)
7:30 a.m.                     Doors open to public.
                                    Tickets go on sale for Diving Prelims.
                                    Spectator Seating allowed in designated area.
8:00 a.m.                     Diving Officials meet with Head Diving Referee and Host representative for instruction on diving
                                    console
8:15 a.m.                     Diving Coaches & Participants meet with Head Diving Referee on pool deck, if necessary
9:00 a.m.                     Diving Prelims – Session I
10:00 a.m.                   Doors open to public – Spectators must check their coats
1:30 p.m.                     Locker room doors open for swimming contestants and coaches only
2:15 p.m.                     Pool doors open to swimmers/coaches only for warm-ups
2:30 p.m.                     Officials meet with Meet Referee
                                    Spectator seating allowed in designated area
                                    Pool Open for Swimming Warm-ups
3:15 p.m.                     Sprint lanes open
3:30 p.m.                     Swimming coaches meet with Meet Referee on deck (if necessary)
4:00 p.m.                     Swimming Prelims – Session II

8:30 a.m.                     Locker room doors open for contestants and coaches only
9:00 a.m.–10:30 a.m.  Pool doors open to divers/coaches only for Diving Warm-ups
9:30 a.m.                     Doors open to public – Spectators must check their coats
10:45 a.m.–12:45 p.m.           Pool doors open to swimmers/coaches only for warm-ups
12:00 Noon                  Officials meet with Meet Referee
                                    Spectators allowed in Pool spectator seating area
12:15 p.m.                   Sprint lanes open
1:00 p.m.                     Swimming and Diving Finals – Session III.  Additional tickets go on sale (if available)
