3:30 p.m. – Deadline for schools to verify (2) tickets per state qualifier – will be held for will call pick-up

6:00 p.m. – 8:15 p.m. All school information packets picked up by head coaches

5:00 p.m. – 9:00 p.m. Diving practice (open to contestants and coaches only)

5:00 p.m. – Coaches should submit their Diving Sheets to State Final Host school by 5:00 p.m. on Thursday, February 27. Changes in the Diving Sheet may be made up until 8:00 a.m. on Friday, February 28.

7:00 p.m. – Meeting of IHSA Administrator in charge with State Final six (6)Head Officials at the State Final site

Friday, February 28, 2003

6:00 a.m. – Locker room doors open for divers

6:30 a.m. – Pool doors open to diving contestants and coaches only

6:30 a.m. – Diving practice (contestants and coaches only)

8:00 a.m. – 2:30 p.m. Remaining School Information Packets picked up by head coaches

7:30 a.m. – Doors open to public and tickets go on sale for Diving Prelims – Spectators allowed in Pool spectator seating area

8:00 a.m. – Diving Officials meet with Head Diving Referee and Host representative for instruction on the diving console.

8:15 a.m. – Diving Coaches & Participants meet with Head Diving Referee on pool deck, if necessary

8:30 a.m. – Diving Prelims – Session I

1:30 p.m. – Locker room doors open for swimming contestants and coaches only

2:30 p.m. – Pool doors open for swimming warm-ups (contestants and coaches only)

2:30 p.m. – Doors open to public – Spectators will begin checking coats

2:30 p.m. – Officials meet with Meet Referee

3:00 p.m. – Spectators allowed in Pool spectator seating area

3:30 p.m. – Swimming coaches meet with Meet Referee on deck, if necessary

4:00 p.m. – Swimming Prelims – Session II

Saturday, March 1, 2003

8:30 a.m. Locker room doors open for contestants and coaches only

9:00 a.m. – 10:30 a.m. Pool doors open for diving practice (contestants and coaches only)

10:45 a.m. – 12:45 p.m. Pool doors open to swimmers and coaches only for Warm-ups

11:30 a.m. – Doors open to public

12:00 Noon – Officials meet with Meet Referee

12:00 Noon – Spectators allowed in Pool spectator seating area

1:00 p.m. – Swimming and Diving Finals – Session III. Additional tickets if available will go on sale.
