UNEVEN BARS
1. Any circle/swing to handstand with 180 degree turn/twist or more in handstand.
2. Dismounts: Front giant flyaway with 1 1/2 twist or double front salto
3. German Uprise. In a "Skin the Cat" position swing through the bottom arriving in a clear pike support on the bar.
4. From front support, cast front salto regrasp same bar (Comaneci Salto)

BALANCE BEAM
5. Jump 1/2 twist to Schushunova into back hip circle
6. Sheep Jump -- Both feet head high-head back
