FRIDAY, FEBRUARY 19

SESSION I

8:30 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. — Head Girls Gymnastics Coaches pick up school packets (Main Gym Entrance — south side across from south parking lot)
9:30 a.m. — Coaches meet with Technical Committee
10:00 a.m. - 12:15 p.m. — Warm-ups for Session I competitors ONLY
(1 1/2 minutes per competition)
10:30 a.m. — Sportsmanship Committee meets in Principals Conference room
11:30 a.m. — Doors Open to General Public for Session I
11:30 a.m. — Judges for Session I meet in A.D.'s Office with Meet Referee
12:15 p.m. — Competitors assemble promptly for Parade of Competitors
(Cafeteria Hallway)
12:25 p.m. — Parade of Competitors
12:30 p.m. — National Anthem
12:35 p.m. — Session I — Preliminaries in the Individual Events of Vaulting and Uneven Parallel Bars and Finals in All-Around for these events

SESSION II

4:00 p.m. - 6:15 p.m. — Warm-ups for Session II competitors
4:30 p.m. — Sportsmanship Committee meets in Principals Conference Room
5:30 p.m. — Doors Open to General Public for Session II
5:30 p.m. — Judges for Session II meet in Room 103 with Meet Referee
6:20 p.m. — Competitors assemble promptly for Parade of Competitors
6:25 p.m. — Parade of Competitors
6:30 p.m. — National Anthem
6:35 p.m. — Session II — Preliminaries in the Individual Events of Balance Beam and Floor Exercise and Finals in All-Around for these events

SATURDAY, FEBRUARY 20

SESSION III

3:30 p.m. — Pass Gate opens to contestants, coaches, officials, VIP's.
4:00 p.m. - 5:55 p.m. — Warm-ups for Final Qualifiers
5:30 p.m. — Doors Open to General Public for Session III
5:30 p.m. — Judges for Finals Meet in A.D.'s Office with Meet Referee
5:55 p.m. — Competitors Assemble for Opening Ceremony
6:25 p.m. — Opening Ceremonies (Parade of Competitors)
6:30 p.m. — National Anthem
6:35-6:45 p.m. — IHSGGCA Presentation
6:45 p.m. — CHAMPIONSHIP FINALS in Individual Events in the following order:
Vaulting
Vault Awards
Uneven Parallel Bars
Uneven Parallel Bars Awards and All-Around Awards
15 minute break
Balance Beam
Beam Awards
Floor Exercise
Floor Awards
Sportsmanship Team Presentation
10:30 p.m. — Team Awards
