IHSA Changes to Wilson Tournament Gold Shuttle for State Series

The IHSA has adopted for the 2006-07 girls badminton state series the Wilson Tournament Gold Shuttle. Additionally schools will receive a price break on the shuttles through McDonald Sporting Goods, Inc.

The Wilson shuttle that retails for $24.99 per tube will be discounted based on the quantity ordered. The school discount is:

1-49 tubes ordered -- $19.00 per tube plus shipping
50 or more tubes ordered -- $17.10 per tube plus shipping

Additionally, shuttles can be ordered at the Illinois High School Coaches Badminton Workshop at Prospect High School on Saturday, February 24, 2007 beginning at 9:00 am. For more information about ordering shuttles or the coaches clinic, contact Mark McDonald, Jean Rezny, girl’s athletic director and head badminton coach at Prospect High School and/or Jeanine Konkolewski, head badminton coach at Hersey High School.
