Elmwood Park High School Science Teacher and Track & Field coach Seth Swanson is the winner of The Cheese Pull contest presented by the IHSA and Undeniably Dairy.
Seth entered by submitting a video of his best grilled cheese sandwich recipe with the hashtag #IHSADairy. His video was named to the Final Four last week and he won based on online fan voting, where he garnered over 65% percent of the votes!
Swanson wins a prize pack from Undeniably Dairy that includes having his recipe included in a future online cookbook and a chance to cook with Chicago Bears running back Khalil Herbert.
