Greg Bradley

Greg Bradley, Treasurer

Decatur Christian principal Gregory L. Bradley has served as the appointed treasurer of the IHSA Board of Directors since October 2000.  Prior to that, Bradley represented Division 5 on the Board of Directors from 1993 to 1997.

Bradley competed in football, wrestling, track and baseball at Mt. Zion. After graduating from Mt. Zion, Greg earned his bachelor's from Western Illinois University and his master's in educational administration from Eastern Illinois University.

His career in education began at Mt. Zion in 1979 where he taught and coached for seven years. From 1986-88 he served in the Bement system as high school principal and athletic director for the system. He was high school principal at Glasford (Illini Bluffs) from 1988 until his appointment as principal at Mt. Zion. Greg retired as Mt. Zion Principal in 2012, and became Principal at Forsyth (Decatur Christian) at the start of the 2012 school term. As head wrestling coach for seven years at Mt. Zion, his team's posted a 101-48-2 dual meet record.  Later, he also served on the IHSA Wrestling Advisory Committee. His girls softball teams went 56-6 over the two years he served as head coach, and Bradley also coached football, track and baseball.

A member of both IPA and NASSP, he also is a certified wrestling official, and has been registered since 1986.

Greg and his wife, Victoria, are parents of two children, son Jason and daughter Jamie.
